Founded in 2011, President and CEO Richard Tallerico was working at his families struggling car dealership, when he realized a great way to help save expenses at the dealership. LEDs was a new idea, and Rich saw a great opportunity to get involved, and be apart of a cleaner and brighter future!
Since then, Cool City Lights has changed thousands of old light fixtures for new LEDs, and have saved companies a total over $250,000 in energy savings (.10 per kwh), and over 2.5 million kwh. Cool City Lights customers have $550,000 in Ameren incentives to assist in paying for LED energy savings conversion projects.
